Account Executive

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Providing support to the management team by analysing financial data and providing insights
• Maintaining and updating the company's accounting system and records
• Assisting in the annual audit process and addressing any queries or issues that may arise

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
