Junior Executive

工作職責：

聯絡點溝通：根據需要，作為官方橋樑和聯絡人，透過電話、電子郵件和專用平台與客戶/車間溝通行政、物流（例如，交貨狀態、文件和產品可用性）以及一般非技術性諮詢。

銷售績效協助：編製和分析內部報告（例如，通話記錄、互動頻率、工單解決時間），以協助管理階層評估內部業務顧問（銷售人員）的活動和績效。

問題分類：有效率地記錄所有客戶的諮詢和投訴，及時跟進並與相關內部部門（例如銷售、物流、技術團隊）協調解決問題。

顧客滿意度：協調和執行顧客滿意度調查工作，包括分發、收集和初步統計來自研討會網路的回饋。

行政溝通：協助準備和分發一般客戶溝通資料，例如歡迎禮包、資訊備忘錄和節日問候。

資料管理：執行必要的資料輸入，確保所有研討會和客戶聯絡資訊、互動歷史和交易詳情都準確、一致地記錄在 CRM 系統中。

記錄完整性：主動監控和維護客戶資料庫的品質（例如，刪除重複記錄和更新過時資訊），以確保所有業務功能都有可靠的真實來源。

基本報告：協助從 CRM 系統產生簡單的報告（例如，每月新註冊用戶數、特定區域的研討會清單），以支援管理團隊的規劃和分析。

技術技能：

熟練使用微軟辦公軟體（Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint）。
熟悉客戶關係管理軟體/資料庫管理者優先考慮。
