JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focal Point Communication: Act as the official bridge and focal person, as and when required, to communicate with customers/workshops on administrative, logistical (e.g., delivery status, documentation, and product availability), and general non-technical inquiries via phone, email, and dedicated platforms.
Sales Performance Assistance: Compile and analyse internal reports (e.g., call logs, interaction frequency, ticket resolution times) to assist management in gauging the activity and performance of the in-house Business Consultants (salespersons).
Issue Triage: Efficiently log all client queries and complaints, providing timely follow-up and coordinating with the relevant internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Technical team) for resolution.
Customer Satisfaction: Coordinate and execute customer satisfaction survey practices, including the distribution, collection, and initial tabulation of feedback from the workshop network.
Administrative Communication: Assist in the preparation and distribution of general client communications, such as welcome kits, informational memos, and holiday greetings.
Data Management: Perform essential data entry, ensuring all workshop and client contact information, interaction history, and transactional details are accurately and consistently recorded in the CRM system.
Record Integrity: Proactively monitor and maintain the quality of the customer database (e.g., deduplicating records and updating outdated information) to ensure a reliable source of truth for all business functions.
Basic Reporting: Assist in generating simple reports from the CRM system (e.g., monthly new sign-ups, list of workshops in a specific region) to support planning and analysis by the management team.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software/database management is highly preferred.
