We are looking for a Ingot & Wafer (IW) cum Contract Manufacturing Engineer with good ethics and strong passion to take on proactive roles of qualifying and managing external suppliers to achieve company's strategic directions and key yearly goals for ingot and wafer factory. This position requires good analytical and interpersonal skills to work with external suppliers to achieve continuous improvements in IW cost, yield and cell efficiency by implementing best known methods. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for contracts, operational processes, and related activities.

• Assist cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of operational targets.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Generate regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and customer service metrics for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain or relevant field studies.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, preferably with exposure to customer service and contract management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with data analysis.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with businesses to implement the food programme
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across all programme activities
• Establish and monitor governance, tracking, and audit processes to ensure programme sustainability and alignment with organizational standards
• Analyze performance data from multiple sources and recommend improvements or expansions of grant categories based on findings
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to inform decision-making and programme adjustments
• Engage food industry stakeholders and foster partnerships to support campaigns

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent, fulfilling educational requirements for this role
