Construction Project Director – Duties & Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Strategic Planning

• Define overall project strategy, goals, and execution plans.

• Working with the local markets, ensure day to day management and ownership of implementation process. Ensure brief is delivered / brought to plan, within appropriate criteria (budget, target …)

• Timely delivery and upkeep of all relevant reporting systems and templates (media plans, contact reports, status reports).
• Post campaign reporting that quantifies the value of the media strategy.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Executive Leadership & Vision

Set the company’s strategic direction, business goals, and long-term growth plans.

Lead the company’s overall operations including construction, finance, HR, procurement, and safety.

2. Project Management & Delivery
