We are looking for a Director, Business Development to lead the business development unit and promote growth in business and number of advisers through various engagements.

Reporting to the Senior Investment Director, Southeast Asia, this position is responsible for leading and managing projects designed to support and attract foreign direct investment into the state of Victoria and providing bespoke client advisory services across a range of key industry sectors including technology and innovation; food and agriculture; renewable energy; health; and advanced manufacturing. Key Accountabilities

1. Lead the development and execution of FDI attraction strategies and find and convert new FDI leads to achieve foreign direct investment KPIs in collaboration with the Senior Investment Director, Southeast Asia and the Invest Victoria team based in Melbourne, Australia.

2. Identify and develop a portfolio of new potential investors across the Southeast Asia region (in priority markets of Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam) by research driven target selection and pro-active marketing campaigns.

3. In consultation with the Senior Investment Director, Southeast Asia and the Invest Victoria team based in Melbourne, build on existing relationships and create new connections with key SEA-based executives of corporations that already have significant investments in Australia. 4. 5. Manage the site visits of potential investors to Victoria in cooperation with other Victorian Government staff and assistance regarding market entry.

6. Maintain an up-to-date FDI pipeline using the department’s CRM software and ensure that all clients are serviced professionally and in a timely manner.

7. Undertake other tasks as directed by the Commissioner for Victoria and Deputy Commissioner.

Key Selection Criteria

1. Significant experience and good working knowledge of the global business investment environment (in particular as it relates to Southeast Asia) and the major drivers and challenges which impact investment attraction strategies to Victoria. In particular, knowledge of the technology business ecosystem in SEA and Australia including knowledge of capital raising and the growth cycles of startups and scaleups.

2. Strong background in investment attraction, business development, lead generation and a proven ability to proactively identify senior executives of commercial organisations, understand their investment decisionmaking process, international investment protocols and have the ability to influence these processes.

What you'll do

As Director, Regulatory Compliance, Asia you will deliver on the regulatory engagement strategy and maintain our licensing responsibilities for our regulated financial services entities across Asia. You will coordinate with all internal and external parties to ensure compliance through the communication of regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration to productize solutions and offerings, implementation and execution of processes and interfacing with our regulators. Who you are

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of VIP Host functions.
• Co-ordinate with relevant marketing teams to drive campaign and promotion redemptions, player retention and development.
• Lead and communicate to VIP Host team members on company policies and procedures, monitor and drive team performance towards achieving KPIs.
• Support the senior management in the development and implementation of training programs for VIP Host team members.
• Supervise transactions performed by VIP Host to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in managing high-value portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Prior experience in the gaming industry or integrated resort environment is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, resourceful and with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

About the Role

We're looking for a senior marketing analytics leader who can connect the dots between business goals, growth marketing performance, and data-driven decision making. This is a newly created position within the Marketing organization.

You will start as a hands-on individual contributor, building the foundations of marketing measurement, experimentation, and planning from the ground up. As the function scales, you will help shape the operating model and future team structure, acting as a key thought partner to senior marketing and business leaders.

You will work closely with central, channel and local marketing teams, Data Analytics, Finance and Product to define how we measure success, optimize investments and scale data-driven decision making across our globa marketing engine.

What You'll Do

• Act as a core member of the Marketing Analytics function, establishing core frameworks, tools and ways of working for data-driven marketing decision making.
• Own the global marketing measurement framework, including funnel definitions, KPI hierarchy and performance scorecards across channels, markets and products.
• Partner with the Marketing leadership team on annual and quarterly planning, translating business priorities into data-backed investment and channel strategies.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts and investment models (by market, channel and campaign) to guide budget allocation, pacing and expected ROI.
• Design and lead the experimentation agenda (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality tests) across acquisition, engagement and CRM, ensuring robust test design and clear decision frameworks.
• Work with Data Analytics team to shape marketing data foundations (e.g. marketing data mart, customer cohorts, attribution pipelines) and ensure data is fit for decision making.
• Develop and iterate marketing analytics products and dashboards (e.g. performance dashboards, cohort and funnel views, LTV/CAC reports) for both central and regional teams.
• Refine and operationalize attribution approaches (e.g. multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, geo experiments where applicable) to inform channel mix and marginal ROI optimization.
• Deliver clear, narrative-led performance readouts to senior stakeholders, translating complex analyses into simple, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Promote a test-and-learn culture within Marketing by creating playbooks, guidelines and training that raise the bar on how teams brief, execute and review campaigns.
• Define the future roadmap for the Marketing Analytics & Strategy team, including potential hiring needs and focus areas as the function grows.

What You'll Need

• 12+ years of experience, with 6 – 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, marketing science, performance marketing or related fields, ideally in high-growth consumer tech, e-commerce or digital businesses.
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor or player-coach building or significantly shaping analytics or marketing science capabilities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, acquisition and retention economics and commercial metrics such as CAC, LTV, GMV and ROI.
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL (e.g. BigQuery) and experience working with large datasets and BI/visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker or similar).
• Hands-on experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B testing, incrementality, holdouts) and familiarity with attribution and/or media mix modeling.
• Ability to operate autonomously, structure ambiguous problems and build scalable analytical frameworks and processes with limited initial resourcing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior marketing and business leaders through clear, data-driven storytelling.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are an advantage.

You will independently execute audit engagements, assess internal controls and risk exposure, and deliver clear reports to senior management and the Board. By communicating findings, driving remediation, and supporting regulatory reviews and training, you ensure strong governance and continuous improvement. The role also enhances audit efficiency through data-driven monitoring models.

Job Description:

• Based on local regulations and business strategy, establish risk-driven audit plan for responsible entities, independently execute and report audit projects to the Board of Directors as well as senior management;
• Understand local regulatory environment, the company's strategies and business layout, identify key risk points, evaluate the internal control, risk status and management of main business operations, and prepare audit reports that meet internal and local regulatory requirements;
• Communicate with management of problems discovered, provide effective and efficient action plans and validate the remediations;
• Provide value-added services to business developments, cooperating with regulatory inspections, organizing related training and sharing;
• Able to establish continuous monitoring models to improve the efficiency of audit projects;

• Bachelor’s degree or above;

• At least 10 years' experience in internal/external audit or AML or risk management related work. Working experience in consultant firm, financial sectors or payment institutions would be preferred;
• Understanding, as minimum, one of key South East Asia country’s regulatory requirements and relevant laws and regulations.
• Have data analytical capabilities, able to use SQL or equivalent data analysis tool is preferred;
• Familiar with COSO, Holder of CIA, CAMS, CISA or similar certificates would be preferred;
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on risk implication;
• Highly energized and positive, adapt to changes, be creative and able to quickly learn and understand innovative financial business. Have Fintech thinking and well-developed communication skills, and be able to communicate well with business side.
