Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Program / Project Manager, the System Engineer will be using their expertise and experience to support both internal Glamco and external Customer activities for our Singapore commercial program. Specific responsibilities but not limited to the following includes:

· Provide system engineering and networking support to our programs in Singapore including but not limited to hardware and software configuration and set up, troubleshooting networks and system defects, and fielding technical questions about hardware and software.

· Manage and provide onsite and remote customer support including system and infrastructure installation, configuration, testing, training, maintenance, site-surveys etc.

· Provide system engineering and networking expertise to our programs in Singapore during pre-sales and post-sales.

· Develop, prepare and conduct test cases for customer’s program.
