About the Role
Lead revenue growth and strategic client development within a fast-paced interior design environment. This role is suited for experienced professionals from property leasing, commercial real estate agencies, or related sectors who want full ownership of the sales pipeline and direct involvement from deal origination to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new opportunities through market outreach, referrals, and existing networks
• Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting, brief development, proposal, negotiation, to award
• Translate client requirements into clear project briefs for design and technical teams
• Lead internal coordination across design, costing, and project teams to deliver compelling proposals
• Present design concepts, costing, and project solutions to clients with confidence

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in business development, leasing, or commercial property agencies
• Proven track record in client acquisition and deal closure
• Strong understanding of commercial spaces, tenant requirements, and fit-out processes is advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage negotiations and pricing

We are looking for a seasoned marketing and communications professional to support our growth efforts by deepening client and prospect engagement across the corporate financial services sector in China. You will lead the development and execution of events, content, and advertising initiatives tailored to this dynamic region.

Your Key Tasks:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in China and extend these to Singapore, including partnerships, mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients in China.
• Build strong relationships with the regional heads, enabling them to drive pipeline growth.
• Plan and execute on activities with a strong focus on events, email, social media, and client success content.
• Create engaging presentations about our offering and market trends to potential clients.
• Manage the China marketing and communications budget, and provide regular reporting on the performance.
• Manage in-house lead management process from digital and traditional sources.
• Adapting strategies to changing market conditions.

What You Need

• Establish network within China’s financial ecosystem, including media partners, conference organisers and industry stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of business in China, with a demonstrated ability to activate marketing initiatives in these markets.
• Proven track record in marketing and communications, including event coordination, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• Define and integrate GTM business capabilities, associated processes and metrics across CSG
• Build a 2 to 3-year capability roadmap for CSG
• Work closely with enterprise and IT architecture teams to provide alignment with CSG architecture direction
• In partnership with business stakeholders, build, analyze and transform operating processes across CSG and the enterprise
• Develop and evaluate metrics to measure process improvement outcomes and their alignment with strategic program objectives
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Change Management leaders to align activities and conduct change impact analysis
• Provide business architectural analysis, insights and best practices to portfolio prioritization recommendations
• Drive growth mindset and continuous improvement by training yourself and business process managers/analysts within CSG
• Provide input to the enterprise-wide policies and capabilities roadmap and continuously iterate/maintain for CSG

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business capabilities and process management, specifically in Sales, Channel, Customer Success or Professional Services
• Direct experience leading and transforming end-to-end process improvement; designing processes and defining metrics across GTM functions
• Deep knowledge of and experience designing and building Sales, Channel, Professional Services and/or Customer Success operating processes across the enterprise
• Demonstrated expertise in defining and analyzing performance metrics leveraging process design best practices
• Minimum of seven years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS or related industry with a broad understanding of its business priorities and nuances
• Proven expertise in architectural concepts (data, architecture, and solution), issues and trends
• Superior communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; inclusive of written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
• Six Sigma expertise is highly desirable
• Experience training employees on business process standardization practices is preferred
