Job Scope
• Liaise with 3PL on all logistic arrangement/ issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery. Issue sales orders and billings for Singapore consignment businesses
• Perform stock balance reconciliation for consignment stock to Singapore distributor/ Ecommerce enabler. Coordinate and perform inventory-related transactions in ERP system.
• Process and follow up customer PO in APAC regions, including billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing, and highlight any discrepancy to sales.
• Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customer on request.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals are in order prior to shipment of products.
• Generate reports for internal management team and external customers, ie: inventory reports, accurate weekly sales reports, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
Requirement
• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management
• Minimum 1-3 yrs of experience supply chain, inventory planning, distribution & operation management
• Understand and familiar with export documentation and letter of credit payment
• Have knowledge of ERP system, must be good with Pivot Table & VLOOKUP
