• Bachelor of Law degree. Preferably holds a valid Australian practicing certificate

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Legal Director to lead our global legal and compliance function. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth, managing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities

Global Compliance & Strategy

• Develop and implement a robust global legal and compliance framework
• Ensure business operations align with local laws, regulations, and international standards across all regions

Contract Management & Legal Systems

• Establish and optimize global contract management processes and standardized templates
• Lead the review and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, investments, and strategic transactions

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent) from a reputable institution

• At least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Legal Director, Senior Legal Counsel)
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, or internet sectors is a plus
• Proven experience managing global legal systems and cross-border matters
