Job Description

• Arrange and coordinate the delivery and urgent transfer of medical aesthetic machines with engineers and sales teams to meet operational schedules.

• Support ad-hoc deliveries of machines and parts when required.

• Maintain and update daily records of machine transfers for accurate tracking.

• Perform basic housekeeping of machines to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use.

• Unbox, inspect, set up, and perform installation testing of newly arrived machines and accessories, including system setup and ECL documentation.

• Assist with system setup at the office to ensure operational readiness.

• Carry out basic repair work and troubleshoot installation issues to minimize downtime.

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and provide on-site technical maintenance support when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence required to operate the company vehicle.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a responsible attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing the features which will be used across the global platform.
• Collaborate within cross-functional, international teams to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, driving holistic solutions.
• Contributing to designing and evolving the system architecture to meet current needs and support future growth and technologies.
• Enforcing coding standards and conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality codebase. Implement automated testing frameworks to catch bugs early and ensure software reliability.
• Good understanding and independent application of cloud environment, CI/CD, testing and validation.
• Independently applies design patterns and best practices in reliability management (resiliency, autoscaling, monitoring, alerting).
• Identifying and resolving complex technical issues in software and infrastructure, continuously optimising for performance and scalability.
