• Post-Investment Management: Tack and manage the progress of various investment projects, ensuring effective coordination and clear communication with relevant stakeholders
• Administrative & Private Office Support: Handle the Principal’s bank account matters, visa applications, travel arrangements, daily administrative support and Business Translation on the document
• Lifestyle & Asset Management: Support the management of lifestyle assets, including research, procurement, and inventory management
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, external project teams, to ensure efficient and accurate information flow.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in elevating our brand’s presence through social media content, influencer collaborations, and event marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful campaigns and contribute to brand growth in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with content pillars and brand objectives.

• Create engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

• Monitor social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

• Stay updated with platform trends, user behavior, and best practices.

2. Influencer Marketing & Content Creation

• Identify relevant KOLs/influencers to co-create authentic content.

• Coordinate influencer campaigns to align with product launches, seasonal pushes or brand storytelling.

• Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

3. Events & Activations (Preferred Experience)

• Support the planning and execution of on-ground events, pop-ups, and brand activations.

• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.

• Assist in pre-event promotions and post-event coverage across digital channels.

4. Market Research & Insights

• Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

• Support campaign planning with data-driven recommendations.

5. Others

• Support any other adhoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or events.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics or similar.

• Strong communication skills and creative mindset.

• A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and emerging content trends.

• Able to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Good in English Communication.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence in both B2C (supermarket & retail) and B2B (food service)segments. You will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, liaise with supermarket buyers, develop promotional strategies, and ensure cohesive brand communication across all channels.

This role requires strong aesthetic sense and the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling visual and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade & Retail Marketing

· Work closely with supermarket buyers and retail partners on in-store promotions, campaigns, and new productlaunches.

· Develop trade marketing materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, standees, POSMs, etc.) and ensure timely delivery and execution.

· Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

2. B2B Marketing & CustomerSupport

· Develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to food service / B2B customers.

· Support sales team with product presentations, brochures, and promotional kits.

· Manage corporate branding and event participation (e.g. food fairs, trade shows).

3. Branding & Social Media

· Plan and execute digital marketing activities including social media, website updates, and online campaigns.

· Create content calendars and manage posting schedules to build brand engagement.

· Collaborate with designer orcreate marketing collaterals independently when needed.

4. Creative & AestheticDirection

· Provide clear creative direction and feedback to designers, ensuring all marketing visuals align with brand identity.

· Maintain high standards of visual quality and story telling that reflect a strong sense of aesthetics

· Brainstorm new product packaging and campaign visuals with R&D and design teams.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Marketing,Mass Communications, or related fields.

· Minimum 2–4 years of relevantexperience in FMCG or Beverage industry.

· Strong coordination and communication skills, especially when dealing with supermarket buyers or external partners.

· Proficient in marketing contentcreation, digital marketing, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance aesthetics with commercial objectives.
