Our client is seeking for a Trade Operations Executive to support and execute end-to-end international trade operations, including documentation, logistics coordination, and order management. The role requires familiarity with import/export procedures and trade documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end international trade operations based on sales and procurement requirements

• Prepare and process import/export documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. logistics providers, agents, warehouses) to ensure smooth shipment execution

• Monitor customer orders and track shipment progress; identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and related service providers, including verification of costs and inventory records

• Maintain accurate records and operational reports, and provide regular updates on order and shipment status

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in international trade operations or order processing

• Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation

• Familiarity with Letters of Credit (L/C) issuance and review is preferred

• Experience in the chemical trading industry will be an advantage

• Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Work Location: Bugis, Singapore

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary Range: SGD 4,500 – 9,000

• Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Benefits: 13th month salary and performance-based bonus (subject to company policy)

Position: Export Customer Service Officer/Executive
Salary: $2600-$3500

Job Responsibilities:
