• Working Location: Suntec Tower
• Working Day: 5 Days 9 – 6 PM 
• Salary Budget: Junior: $4000 - $5,000 + AWS (No VB) / Senior: $5,000 - $6,800+ AWS (No VB)

Summary:

• To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
• Reporting and supporting the Executive Director and will work closely with and supporting the principal.
• Preferred working experience as legal secretary, trust specialist, corporate secretary.
• Experience in handling trust administrative, legal documents or fund investment are highly preferred.
•  Assist manager in going through legal documents from law firm and reply to outsource lawyer if have any omission.

Job Duties:

• Assist in providing administrative support / services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.
• Assist in creating, formatting, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
• Transcript of voice recording of meetings / phone conferences.
• Draft, review & comments emails / agreements / documents for Executive director’s consideration.
• Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
• Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database / reports of relevant tasks / project assigned.
• Administer and maintain databases / files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).
• Assist in office management.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Executive Director

Job Scope:

Finance

Be responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger and Accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records, including the following:

• Handling bank receipts and payments & petty cash payments.
• Handling Supplier invoice , delivery order
• Processing expense claims after review.
• Preparing Quotation to customer 
• Update the material cost & labour cost

Admin

Job Description:

• Apply, renew, and cancel work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) via relevant government portals (e.g., MOM).

• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid compliance issues.

• Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.
