The Head, Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Products is accountable for delivering Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Fraud technology products globally across all business lines.

This role owns the “how” and “when”, translating business needs into a sequenced, feasible technology product roadmap in close partnership with the Group Process Owner for Transaction Monitoring and Fraud.

You will be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including backlog prioritisation, roadmap sequencing and value delivery across the Transaction Monitoring and Fraud technology estate. This is a senior leadership role with final accountability for product decisions, balancing business demand, technical feasibility and delivery capacity while leading a distributed community of Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

• Own the Transaction Monitoring and Fraud product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities

• Translate business and risk requirements into product features, system rules and scalable solutions

Our Ideal Candidate

• Degree level education or equivalent experience; master’s preferred

• 15+ years of experience in Financial services with 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), with strong exposure to Transaction Monitoring and/or Fraud domains and 5+ years of technology delivery leadership experience, including ownership of product roadmaps, backlog prioritisation and value delivery

• Expert knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Fraud systems, processes and industry best practices

• Proven ability to translate business, risk and regulatory requirements into scalable technology product capabilities

• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions within a regulated financial services environment

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior levels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior management and regulators

• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to prioritisation

GCFO Head of AI Delivery is responsible for the following:

• Define and execute the end-to-end AI and Web3 delivery roadmap as per the GCFO vision and strategy.

Job Summary

The jobholder will be responsible for management of the Bank’s liquidity in various currencies under the oversight of other Senior managers. A key responsibility will be to ensure the Bank is well funded while regulatory requirements are efficiently complied with.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for cash and liquidity management in 10+ currencies by dealing in swaps, repos, interbank, intragroup and other money market products

• Participate as a Primary Dealer in MAS money market operations

• Manage liquidity risk within limits (both internal and regulatory) while driving overall B/S profitability

Strategy

Estimate and plan for the internal funding and deposit taking requirements of the Bank:

• Liaise with other business units to obtain the best possible view of asset pipelines and forecast liability generation

• Communicate the funding requirements / excess liquidity position with the Local Head of TM Liquidity; Convey capacity on limits

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and all internal liquidity metrics

Business

• Access the money markets as required; either with other banks directly or through interdealer broker; raising and placing

liquidity to ensure liquidity limits are adhered to whilst maximising economic value to the Bank

• Being proactive in raising liquidity when it is cheap, deploying it when it is expensive

• Proactively establish and maintain good relationships with direct wholesale customers, including central banks Swap funding

between currencies to meet liquidity requirements and to minimise funding costs

• Move funding between Treasury Markets desks as required

• Participate in local central bank operations and facilities as required

• Provide oversight to Treasury Markets Analytics in ensuring adequate intra-day liquidity to facilitate all payments / to meet pay-in obligations with CLS (in relevant centres)

• Liaise with the repo desk in order to manage a stock of eligible collateral for use within the LAB or act as intraday collateral for RTGS

Risk Management

Operate within Treasury Markets liquidity and credit limits:

Understand and be able to act on the Country Liquidity Contingency Plan:

• Actively monitor for and immediately alert senior management on any evidence that the bank could encounter funding stress

Job Summary

Group Internal Audit (GIA) is seeking a high-calibre Senior Audit Manager to join our Third Parties and Operational Risk team. This is a key leadership role within a global audit function, offering exposure to both Group-level and Country-level audits across a complex and evolving risk landscape.

The role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Source-to-Pay processes, or a solid understanding of Second Line Operational Risk frameworks, including regulatory expectations such as BCBS 515 – Sound Principles for Operational Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end audits across Third Party Risk and Operational Risk domains at both Group and Country levels
