The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive upgrade plans, performing assessments of existing environments, and ensuring a seamless migration with minimal disruption. Overall Role

·         Work with Account Director and act as Single point of contact for client and account management leadership for overall engineering including critical environment deliverables.

·         Ensure that operational procedures developed to achieve “best practise” maintenance culture, are delivered and the critical planning of key client infrastructure reviewed for the best possible solution.

·         Manage the Asset register accuracy and keep up to date using the JLL CMMS (Corrigo).

·         Working with the Building Maintenance Planning will ensure PPMs are in place for all facilities with assets aligned to PPMs in line with scope.

·         Asset Capture – validation and engagement with internal & external stakeholders. Manage the ongoing accuracy and updating of the client Asset Register.

·         Must be able to accurately update key stakeholders on the status of the program at any given point in time.

Major Responsibilities

·         Responsible for the delivery and review of Maintenance Plans for Building Engineering Assets across the portfolio

·         Responsible for the currency of the asset management framework document on the account

·         Ensure the Asset Management tools are operating in accordance with client and account team expectations and appropriate maintenance reporting is delivered, with key asset performance reporting provided in the required format.

·         Responsible for the currency of the reliability centred asset management framework document on the account.

o   Ensure the development of any capital works / Forward Works Plans are done so in line with client budgetary expectations and supported by defensible data analytics.

·         Ensure the effective scheduling and allocation of preventative maintenance tasks have assets assigned, to support the delivering of the strategic objectives for the Entities.

·         Oversees operation and maintenance of refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters; and other mechanical and electrical equipment across multiple facilities. Reviews operational logs and performance metrics to ensure proper equipment operation region-wide and reports problems/malfunctions across the portfolio as needed.

Role Summary

The Chief Mechanical Engineer (Static Equipment) specializes in the engineering leadership of static and packaged equipment (including pressure vessels, air‑cooled heat exchangers, cryogenic heat exchangers, cold boxes, filters, tanks, and heaters) to support FEED, EPC, EPCIC, and commissioning phases of large‑scale Oil & Gas, LNG, and Petrochemical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Design & Verification: Prepare, review, and verify equipment data sheets, material requisitions, technical specifications, and complex mechanical calculations for static and vendor designed equipment packages, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers (air cooled and cryogenic), cold boxes, filters, tanks, electric heaters, and other LLIs. Ensure alignment with project design basis, client specifications, licensor requirements, and applicable international codes.

• Technical Management: Lead and govern the review of vendor engineering documents, fabrication drawings, design calculations, and manufacturing procedures to ensure full compliance with project requirements. Manage technical clarifications, deviations, and risk mitigation for critical and schedule driving equipment throughout the engineering and procurement phases.

• Interface Control: Act as the focal point for technical coordination across multi-disciplinary teams (Piping, Structural, Civil, Instrumentation, Electrical, Process), licensors, clients, shipyards, and global vendors. Ensure consistent and accurate data transfer, resolve complex technical interfaces, and maintain alignment across FEED, EPC, and construction activities.

• Lead Duties: Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and direction to lead engineers, senior engineers, and engineering teams. Manage engineering deliverables, manpower planning, progress tracking, and technical risk registers (including Lessons Learned). Participate in key technical decisions, design approvals, and escalation of critical engineering issues impacting safety, quality, cost, or schedule.

• Project Support: Support construction, fabrication follow up, site activities, and pre commissioning as required. Provide timely technical resolution for field related issues, vendor queries, and installation challenges to ensure smooth equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience:

o Extensive professional experience in the design, engineering, and delivery of static and packaged equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, cold boxes, filters, tanks, etc.).

o Proven leadership experience in FEED, EPC, EPCIC, or EPCC environments within Oil & Gas, LNG, or Petrochemical industries, including coordination with licensors, clients, shipyards, and global vendors.

Note: For Chief positions, a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience is typically required.

Technical Skills:

o Strong working knowledge of international engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, and relevant client specifications.

- 7-10 years of proven experience in product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience working on Mixed Reality environments ie VR, AR, MR

Job Responsibilities 

·      Administration, operation, and hardening of Corporate / Resources / Isolation AD forests. 

·      Management of Domain Controllers (Windows Server 2019/2022), GPO, DNS, Sites & Services, replication. 

·      Management of Entra ID, IAM, and AD Connect. 

·      Participation in Group projects: AD consolidation, DNS redesign, tiering, and securing sensitive accounts. 

·      Automation using PowerShell, industrialisation of operations (audits, provisioning, remediation). 

·      Contribution to the AD Disaster Recovery Plan (detection, restoration, technical communication). 

·      Monitoring & auditing: Change Auditor, EDR, log collection. 

·      Participation in transversal projects: M&A, application integration, onboarding/offboarding, security compliance. 

·      Documentation (DAT/DEX), contribution to AD governance. 

·      Ensure that the practices comply with local and international regulations and industry standards. 

·      Prepare and maintain documentation for internal or external audits 

·      Contribute to the Permanent Control framework for implementation of policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plans 

·      Contribute to the improvement of prevention and detection capabilities for mitigation of IT & Security risks. 

Job Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree & min 2 to 5 years relevant experience in AD / Entra ID. 

Technical Skills:

o   Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, GPO, PKI, ADFS. 

o   Entra ID / Azure AD Connect / Identity Governance. 

o   Advanced PowerShell (audits, automated scripts, remediation). 

o   Security concepts: RBAC, Zero Trust, MFA, AD Tiering. 

This position is responsible in ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner's asset.  Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities fall within the span of responsibility of the Chief Engineer.

Construction Project Director – Duties & Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Strategic Planning

• Define overall project strategy, goals, and execution plans.
• Lead project teams: project managers, engineers, QS, safety managers, site teams, consultants.
• Make high-level decisions on project scope, resources, and timelines.

2. Budgeting & Financial Control

• Develop, approve, and manage project budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Oversee cost control, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Approve major purchases, contracts, and variations (VOs).

3. Contract & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (client, contractors, suppliers).
• Negotiate key contracts and resolve contractual disputes or claims.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, and internal executives.

4. Risk Management

9. Quality Assurance

• Oversee inspections, testing, and quality audits.

10. Project Handover & Close-out

• Manage final inspections, certifications, and defect rectification.
• Oversee submission of final documentation, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure smooth handover to the client and facility management team.
