Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for close communication and follow-up with key account(KA) clients in the dairy, beverage, and related industries to secure orders,expand market share, and achieve annual sales targets;
- Monitor client demand trends, identify potential customers, and track customer acquisition progress to enhance sales value and increase product market penetration;
- Stay informed on market demand for dairy and beverage applications,market dynamics, and competitor activities; identify ind:ustry trends and commercial opportunities; regularly report market analysis, forecasts, and response strategies to the company; promptly and accurately relay market feedback to R&D and production departments to promote close collaboration among sales, R&D, and production teams;
- Leverage the company’s “Iron Triangle” teams and apply LTC (Lead-to-Cash) process management philosophy to manage end-to-end processes including sales lead management, opportunity tracking, contract execution and delivery, and accounts receivable collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fermentation, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields;
- Proven experience in sales, market expansion, and clientrelationship management with top-tier clients in the dairy and beverageindustries;
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent at communication andcoordination;
- Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, and able to work underpressure;
- Strong professional ethics, hardworking, and resilient;
- Willing to travel to China to learn products and application knowledge.
