Key Requirements

Must have

• Degree with more than 10 years of current, hands on technical experience
• Solid understanding of:

o    AIX O/S and/or RedHat platform and scripting skills

o    Java and internet-related components  (i.e: JSON, XML)

o    iPlanet, WebSphere, WebLogic, Database, Sql

o    DevOps suite of products (i.e: Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Aldon, etc)

o    Connect Direct, SFTP, basic UNIX commands

o    Performance tuning, optimization and automation

o    Root cause analysis and production support

• Experience of complete software development lifecycles – waterfall and agile project experience
• Strong domain knowledge in Credit Origination business process and workflow
• Good understanding of banking and knowledge and application of banking technology and regulations/compliance
• Good understanding of data security, privacy, data protection, regulatory and compliance procedures
• Go-getter attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral communication and writing skills
• Strong team building, interpersonal and leadership skills
