Job Descriptions

· At least 8 years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.

· Professional certification such as ADDA and CADD certifications will be preferred.

· Proficient in using BIM, Revit, CAD and AutoCAD softwares.

· Knowledge of 3D modelling tools.

· Report to the Technical Manager and/or Construction Manager, and responsibilities include:-

• Liaise with architects and engineers to gather details, designs, requirements and information;
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials;
