We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a multidisciplinary team working on complex healthcare and laboratory projects. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain high-quality 3D/2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on BIM coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks or BIM 360 is a plus
• Strong experience in multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation
• Able to work independently with strong self-motivation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
