Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support across HR operations and processes

• Track and manage work pass applications and renewals (e.g., EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in compliance with MOM requirements

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems for new hires, contractors, interns, and service providers

• Support recruitment events

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural/Engineering/ Construction or any other discipline related to Building Construction
• At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field, with a strong preference for at least 3 years of experience especially focused on high-end residential projects
• Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.)
• Familiarity with coordination across disciplines (Structural, M&E, and ID)

Technical Skills

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the timely daily shipment order execution and management. The role involves booking and shipment coordination, liaising with various stake holders for warehousing and transportation, shipping document preparation, and regulatory custom and trade compliance.

Scope of work & Responsibilities

Export/Import

· Receive and process shipment orders triggered by Customers.

· Book freight with nominated carriers based on customer's carrier routine guide.

· Provide quotation on other services such as warehousing and transportation and documentation services.

· Liaise with the truckers to collect and truck empty containers from depot to customer premise for stuffing, and to launch the laden container to port thereafter.

· Prepare Permits and other relevant Applications/Declaration.

· Prepare Letter of Credit & final shipping documents

· Monitor shipping documents for shipment clearance, and other regulatory compliance.

Experience

· 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in Sea operations.

· Fresh “Logistics and Supply Chain Management” graduates or equivalent from Polytechnics and Universities are welcome to apply.

Qualification

Diploma or Degree holders in “Logistics and Supply Chain Management” or equivalent.

Knowledge/Skills

MS Office, especially Excel

Good understanding of IT System, such as SAP, will be an advantage.

Job Description:

· Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade

· Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals , feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing

· Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings

· Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies

· Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval

· Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue

· Prepare work method of statement for submission

· Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works

· Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO

· Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision

· To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score

· Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent

· At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works

· Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit

· Able to lead and work independently
