· You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress.

The work scope includes:

1. To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities in IWMF and ensure that IWMF is constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.

• Maintain accounting schedules (e.g. payables, receivables, basic fund tracking) 

• Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and easily retrievable

Audit & Compliance Support

• Prepare supporting documents for audits and regulatory submissions 

• Ensure documentation is complete, organised, and audit-ready 

• Support basic tracking of restricted funds in line with donor requirements

Process & Systems Support

• Assist in preparing reports and data for budgeting and forecasting 

• Support the Finance Business Partner with data collation and variance tracking

Budget & Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing reports and data for budgeting and forecasting 

• Support the Finance Business Partner with data collation and variance tracking

Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related field 

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred 

• Experience in handling full set of accounting functions
