Supporting ongoing study of tokenisation developments and implications for the regulatory framework for CIS and securities.

C) Handling consumer complaints (1Q27)

3-month full-time attachment to the Consumer Issues Division (CSI). You will be expected to primarily handle consumer calls and complaints on financial institutions (FIs) and unlicensed entities, and follow-through a case from start to end. Besides consumers,you will also engage with FIs and other government agencies, as well as relevant MAS supervisory and policy departments on assigned cases.    Apart from handling consumer feedback, you could also be involved in relevant projects such as using the experience to improve the working model between CSI and other departments, ways to harness the feedback to improve policies, complaints analytics and consumer risk surveillance projects.

JOB SUMMARY

The Singapore Operational Risk Management (ORM) lead is responsible for providing independent second line oversight of operational and non‑financial risks for the Eastspring Singapore and Hong Kong entities. The role leads the Singapore Operational Risk team to ensure that the operational risk management practices are robust, proportionate, and aligned with required risk frameworks, regulatory expectations, and the firm’s risk appetite.

The role partners closely with senior management and first line stakeholders to provide effective challenge, drive sound risk outcomes, and promote a strong risk culture across the organisation. As the senior ORM lead for Singapore, the role is accountable for the end‑to‑end execution of operational risk oversight activities, including incident management, risk and control assessments, issues remediation, and risk reporting to management and governance committees. The responsibility also includes the organisation and coordination of the ISAE 3402 audits conducted annually.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Operational Risk Oversight

• Provide independent second line oversight of operational and non‑financial risks across the Singapore entity in accordance with Prudential ORM policies, standards, and local regulatory requirements.

The Assistant Director (Infrastructure & Cloud Operations) will join a lean two-person Infrastructure team as a senior individual contributor operating within a vendor managed environment. The role balances governance and vendor coordination with direct technical execution when required, supporting day-to-day infrastructure operations while ensuring stability, resilience, and operational discipline across hybrid environments.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide full administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be able to handle confidential matters, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role follows a 5-day work week and may require flexibility to work beyond office hours when necessary to support the Director’s schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings

Requirements

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this position oversees the strategic oversight, enhancement, and day-to-day governance of all physical assets and built environment functions.

The role leads end-to-end execution of infrastructure initiatives, driving projects from initial concept through to delivery. Responsibilities include shaping long-term development plans, preparing financial forecasts, conducting viability assessments, coordinating design processes, managing procurement activities, and ensuring successful project implementation.

The position also manages critical building systems and outsourced partners, including integrated facilities services, automation and control systems, fire safety infrastructure, and security surveillance. Responsibilities:

• Oversee facilities-related initiatives, including project execution, tender processes, and asset enhancement proposals.

Key Responsibilities
