Job Summary

To take full command of ocean-going vessels, ensure absolute navigation and crew safety, comply with all international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW) and Singapore maritime requirements, and manage daily vessel and crew operations in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Command ocean-going vessels to ensure safe navigation, berthing, and unberthing while adhering strictly to maritime laws and company policies
• Supervise crew operations by assigning duties, conducting safety training, and maintaining onboard safety and operational discipline
• Manage cargo operations including loading, stowage, unloading, ensuring cargo safety, and verifying all cargo documentation
• Inspect vessel equipment, safety systems, and hull regularly; report defects and coordinate timely maintenance to maintain vessel integrity
• Maintain accurate voyage logs, safety records, and official reports; submit required documentation to company and maritime authorities
• Respond effectively to emergencies by implementing safety protocols to protect vessel, crew, cargo, and the marine environment
• Liaise with port authorities and agents to facilitate smooth port operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Master Mariner License (COC 1) issued by China MSA, valid until 05 Jul 2026
• Diploma in Nautical Science from Wuhan Maritime College (MOM-recognized)
• Valid Seaman’s Book and complete STCW mandatory certificates
• Fluent written and spoken English for maritime communication and documentation
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Ship Master on ocean-going vessels
• Knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW regulations and Singapore maritime requirements

• Demonstrated strong leadership, decision-making, and emergency response skills in maritime operations
• High attention to detail and strict compliance awareness in vessel management
• Effective team communication skills to coordinate crew and operational activities
• Physical and mental fitness to endure long-haul sea voyages

Job Summary

Support the Director by managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating communications, preparing documents, and driving as needed to ensure smooth operations and effective task follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and productivity
• Prepare accurate documents, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes to support decision-making
• Coordinate internal and external communications and track task completion to ensure timely follow-up
• Drive the Director safely and punctually when required, maintaining a valid Singapore driving license
• Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore driving license to perform driving duties safely and legally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field to support administrative functions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to produce professional documents and presentations
• Good command of English and Chinese to facilitate effective bilingual communication
• Ability to work meticulously, responsibly, proactively, and under pressure to maintain high-quality support
