Key responsibilities
• Process invoices and related paperwork accurately
• Match invoices against delivery orders and supporting documents
• File and organise hardcopy and softcopy documents properly
• Enter administrative data into internal systems accurately
• Check paperwork for completeness before filing or submission
• Support routine backend admin tasks assigned by the team
• Assist with general document handling and record maintenance
• Provide occasional basic phone support when required
Requirements
• Able to handle routine administrative and clerical work carefully
• Comfortable with repetitive paperwork and document-checking tasks
• Careful, organised, and able to follow established processes
• Able to manage filing, document matching, and data entry with accuracy
