Territory Operations

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greets guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.

2. Supervises the service rendered and delivery of ordered items by F&B attendants is timely and consistent with Hotel’s standards.

3. Equips with updated knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services especially in the area of F&B offerings.

4. Resolves customers’ complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up actions.

5. Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known to staff on duty.

6. Checks and maintains par stock for F&B supplies e.g. cutleries, dinnerware, glassware etc. for smooth operations.

7. Oversees the maintenance cycle for service equipment.

8. Reinforces personal hygiene standards practiced by staff.

9. Adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

10. Handles other F&B duties as and when assigned by Assistant Manager / F&B Manager.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in a similar capacity.

2. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

3. Possesses strong problem solving and training abilities.

4. Possesses alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local government agency.

Your Mission

This position is responsible for overseeing General Affairs (GA) operations, ensuring seamless business, executive, and office support within HMGICS. The incumbent manages corporate travel, office facilities, expatriate mobility support, employee welfare operations, and cost control functions. The position serves as a key liaison between employees, management, and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency, policy compliance, cost optimization, and a well-maintained, conducive working environment.

What To Expect

• Manage corporate travel arrangements and payment settlements. Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels.

• Provide ad hoc support to senior management and business units.

• Oversee office operations, supplies, assets, and staff facilities.

• Administer locker allocations, maintain records, and resolve related matters.

• Oversee GA storeroom organization and storage racks.

• Coordinate expatriate travel, relocation, and compliance processes.

• Administer employee welfare initiatives, such as congratulations, condolences, and related benefit arrangements.

• Process fuel invoices and coordinate meal credit arrangements.

• Monitor, verify, and process invoices with accurate cost allocation and timely payment settlement.

• Coordinate and prepare VIP meeting rooms and executive spaces in alignment with corporate standards.

• Support corporate events, town halls, and official functions, including logistics coordination and administrative preparation.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business or Office Administration/Management.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in office administration and workplace support functions, including exposure to facility management, executive support, and employee welfare operations.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with professional written and verbal communication abilities.

• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP Accounting Software is preferred.

• Service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

Supervisor and General Foreman (M&E)

oversees on-site Mechanical & Electrical works, ensuring plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems are installed according to plans, safety, and quality standards

. They manage subcontractors, lead workers, plan daily schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities

Job Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 7–10 years of experience in M&E / Civil construction, with previous experience as a foreman or supervisor.
• Work Timing: Related to site condition Maximum can able to work at Night shift.
• Work Location: Can able to go Multiple Site locations across Singapore within-a-day and Coordinate with Site Peoples and Main Contractors.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Civil, electrical, HVAC, and Archi and Structural Drawing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. able to Coordinate with Main Contractors and Engineers.
• Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills to manage site staff and subcontractors

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Supervise daily M&E activities for Structural Drawing, electrical, Mechanical and Civil installations to meet technical specifications.
• Coordination & Planning: Plan daily activities, arrange, and manage subcontractor schedules, and resolve technical issues or site clashes.
• Quality and Compliance: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and building regulations.
• Safety Enforcement: Ensure all work adheres to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Reporting & Handover: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, maintain records, and assist with testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and worker deployment to maintain productivity.
