General Manager / Head of Brand & GMV (Singapore)

We are hiring a senior, hands-on commercial leader to build and scale a well-known China IPO consumer brand in Singapore, owning brand, omnichannel sales, GMV planning, margin control, and end-to-end operations.

This is a full ownership role, accountable for 2026 GMV targets, from strategy to execution — online and offline.

What You Will Own

Brand & Market

• Own brand positioning and localisation for Singapore / SEA

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Omnichannel GMV

• Online: TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, brand website (DTC)

• Offline: KA channels, exhibitions, pop-ups, brand stores, group-buy

• Build and execute annual GMV plan by channel

Commercial & Margin

• Own pricing, promotions, and channel margin

• Balance growth, profitability, and long-term brand value

End-to-End Operations

• Oversee fulfilment, warehouse, logistics

• Own customer service, returns, repair & aftersales

• Ensure operations scale with GMV — without margin leakage

Leadership

• Act as single owner across sales, marketing, ops, and partners

• Build a lean, execution-driven team

• Report directly to CEO / HQ with clear GMV & P&L metrics

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12+ years in consumer brand / omnichannel / GMV-driven roles

• Proven ownership of GMV targets and margins

• Strong understanding of SEA e-commerce ecosystems

• Experience working with China brands / China HQ (IPO brand a plus)

• Comfortable being hands-on, fast-moving, and accountable

This role owns the GMV. No excuses — but no ceiling.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (PERFORMANCE & CONTENT)

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing and content strategy across digital channels.

This role requires strong expertise in Meta A/B testing, Google Analytics (GA4), Performance Max campaigns, and the ability to execute high-converting campaigns while staying aligned with budget and ROI targets.

You will also be responsible for sourcing and managing KOC/KOL collaborations and content assets to support ad performance and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across:
  Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Ensure proper setup and execution of Meta A/B testing campaigns (creative, audience, copy)
• Monitor and optimise key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR
• Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven decisions
• Work closely with e-commerce team to align campaigns with platform promotions

Tracking, Analytics & Data Accuracy

• Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking and reporting
• Ensure UTM tracking structure is properly implemented and maintained across all campaigns
• Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, etc.)
• Ensure campaign spend (CPAS) and attribution are accurate and aligned
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights

Budget Management & Planning

• Plan and manage monthly marketing budget across channels
• Ensure campaigns are executed within approved budget and ROI targets
• Optimise spend allocation based on performance and business priorities
• Forecast campaign performance and expected returns

KOC / KOL & Content Strategy

• Identify and source suitable KOC / KOL / influencers aligned with brand positioning
• Manage end-to-end collaboration (briefing, negotiation, content delivery)
• Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and performance goals
• Evaluate influencer performance and ROI

Creative & Content Development

• Work with internal or external teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and video content
• Provide clear direction on content angles, hooks, and messaging for ads
• Test and optimise creatives based on A/B testing results
• Ensure content is suitable for boosting across Meta, TikTok, and Google

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with E-commerce, Sales, and Operations teams
• Align marketing campaigns with mega campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
• Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions with marketing insights

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  Meta Ads (including A/B testing)
  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Solid understanding of UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution models
• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns
• Experience working with KOC/KOL and content creators
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Good understanding of e-commerce and digital consumer journey
