Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Engage business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to drive project delivery from planning through execution
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and vendor coordination
- Provide clear updates and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Assess current credit risk / collections processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Design end-to-end workflows across digital and operational touchpoints
- Develop user stories with sufficient detail for development and estimation
- Ensure consistency and quality of documentation and requirements
Solution Design & Delivery Support
- Collaborate with system analysts, architects, and UI/UX teams on solution design
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning discussions
- Identify dependencies and ensure readiness across impacted teams
- Incorporate non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, compliance)
- Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate business requirements
Operational & Risk Considerations
- Evaluate operational impacts of changes and support readiness planning
- Monitor and manage risks such as scope creep or misalignment
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and governance standards
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within credit risk, lending, or collections domains
- Strong understanding of credit processes (e.g., loans, cards, repayment, delinquency management, risk monitoring)
- Experience in process analysis, workflow design, and business transformation initiatives
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
