BusinessOperations Intern
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support the operations team in daily business activities, including sales support and purchasing/procurement functions. This role provides hands-on experience in operational processes, sales coordination, data analysis, and administrative support within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Support operational functions in sales order fulfilment and system updates
· Support processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining procurement records
· Engaging with Internal and external parties to ensure timely and smooth order fulfilments
Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Management,Business Process Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· Strong interest in business operations, process improvement, change management
· Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, explore AI solutions, and suggest improvements.
· Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or platforms (e.g., machine learning, automation tools, data analytics platforms) is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) is a plus.
· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
