Job Scope:
• Assist in sending marketing emails and follow-ups to potential and existing customers
• Support lead generation activities (research companies, contacts, basic data collection)
• Follow up on sales enquiries and quotations via email
• Maintain and update customer database / CRM records
• Coordinate with internal operations team for basic shipment information
• Assist in preparing simple sales reports and tracking responses
• Support ad-hoc marketing campaigns and promotions

• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
