Job Descriptions:
Administrative
• Provide administrative support to the department’s operations
• Update records and processing letters
• Update & maintain statutory registers and records
Accounting service
• Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support of potential target to senior management
• Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet
• Preparation / Review of tax computation and Form C
• Assisting the client for GST registration
Secretarial service
• Incorporate and register of new companies
• Prepare resolutions in writing and minutes of meetings
• Maintain the registers and corporate secretarial records
• File annual returns and other transactions with ACRA
• Conduct client due diligence procedures and documentation
• Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good writing skills.
• Have basic knowledge of accounting.
• Be patient and good sense of insight and details
• Be responsible person and good project management skills
