We have considerable experience supporting main contractors at both tender and contract stage where we provide solutions for construction methodology, temporary works and value engineering through alternative designs for major civil and building works. Our expertise encompasses both steel and reinforced/prestressed concrete structures, geotechnical work and heavy lifting as well a s pre-Fabricated and modularised structures. Assistant Engineer

We are looking t o employ Assistant Engineers with contemporary engineering skills in structural and/or geotechnical disciplines, that they are interested to apply to a wide variety of projects.

Basic requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent,

• Knowledge of geotechnical analysis software and/or structural analysis software will be an advantage,

• Ideally around 1-2 years civil design experience with either a contractor or a consultant, though fresh graduates will be considered for starter positions

You will be the "engine room" of the project, helping us migrate legacy records into a cutting-edge, AI-enabled digital ecosystem.

The Role

This is a high-speed, hands-on role requiring a high level of digital fluency. You will work closely with the CEO and the Senior Consultant to organize, digitize, and reconcile the group's financial history.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Digitization: Assist in the systematic organization and digitization of historical physical records (accounting documentations) into a cloud-based filing system.
• Migration Support: Perform high-accuracy data entry and verification during the transfer of records from Sage 50 (Peachtree) and MYOB into QuickBooks Online.
• Reconciliation Assistance: Support the senior team in basic bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and tallying inter-company balances across Singapore and Hong Kong entities.
• Administrative Support: Manage PDF documentation, drafting simple correspondence in Word, and maintaining the project’s digital file architecture.
• Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data security protocols, ensuring all sensitive group and director-level information remains private.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts assistance in Singapore.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred.
• PC Power User: High speed and accuracy in Excel and PDF management are non-negotiable.
• Language: Fluency in English; ability to read/speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus to help organize regional documentation.

We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Professional to lead a 3-month strategic project to modernize our Singapore and regional financial operations. This is not a role for a single corporate entity; you will oversee the entire group’s accounting ecosystem in Singapore and provide direct commercial support to the CEO for our Singapore and Hong Kong operations. Your goal is to migrate legacy data into a cutting-edge digital environment and ensure our fiscal standing is maintained to IRAS's & IRD’s full satisfaction.

The Requirement for Absolute Independence

This is a dedicated one-person role requiring a "Power User" mindset; you will be the sole person responsible for the end-to-end execution of the group's accounting. There is no support staff for this project, necessitating advanced PC expertise in Excel (complex reconciliation/data mapping), PDF management, Word (manual drafting), and professional accounting software suites.

Scope of Works

• Group-Wide Digital Migration: Lead and operate the technical transfer of historical data from Sage 50 (Peachtree) and MYOB desktop versions into QuickBooks Online across the Singapore group entities.
• CEO Strategic Support: Act as the "Right Hand" to the CEO on all commercial matters, providing high-level analytical support for both Singapore and Hong Kong financial interests.
• Compliance Excellence: Review and manage all GST (Form 5), Corporate Tax, and Staff Salary Tax (IR8A/AIS) filings to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy to IRAS's satisfaction.
• AI-Applied Daily Operations: Establish an "AI-First" daily accounting workflow for the group. This includes implementing automated bank reconciliations and AI-driven expense categorization.
• Systems Architecture (The Group Accounting Handbook): Author a comprehensive Internal Accounting Handbook. This will document the new AI-applied SOPs and digital workflows to serve as the blueprint for the group’s future expansion.
• Hong Kong Liaison: Support the CEO by coordinating remotely with the Hong Kong Accounting Team to align inter-company balances and ensure regional reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Technical Mastery: Proven experience migrating data from Sage 50 (Peachtree) or MYOB to QuickBooks Online.
• Software Fluency: Expert-level command of Excel, Word, and PDF tools is essential. You must be comfortable managing large datasets independently.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore’s tax landscape and a track record of maintaining proactive, positive relationships with IRAS and cross region colleagues.
