Full Job Description

We are an event Audio Visual (AV) equipment rental and event production company operating in a fast-paced environment where multiple jobs run daily.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution. You will be responsible for running daily operations — including job scheduling, manpower deployment and real-time coordination.

This role is similar to operations control roles in logistics, transport coordination or live event environments.

You will act as the central control point managing multiple live jobs simultaneously.

You will handle multiple jobs at once, making real-time decisions under time pressure and managing last-minute changes to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with customer service, drivers and AV crew to ensure all jobs are executed as planned.

There are established workflows in place, but daily operations involve frequent changes and require adaptability and fast decision-making.

You will also be expected to identify gaps and gradually improve workflows to make operations more efficient over time.

We welcome applicants from relevant operational backgrounds including logistics, transport, events or field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily job schedules (delivery, setup, teardown)
• Assign crew timings and manpower deployment
• Handle real-time issues (delays, manpower shortages, last-minute changes)
• Coordinate drivers, AV crew and customer service teams
• Ensure schedules and manpower plans are accurate and executable
• Review upcoming jobs for manpower and equipment readiness
• Act as central control point for daily operations
• Enforce SOPs and maintain operational discipline
• Identify gaps and improve workflows over time
• Step in on-site when required to resolve issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations coordination involving logistics, scheduling or manpower deployment
• Experience coordinating drivers, technicians or operational crews
• Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously under pressure
• Able to make operational decisions independently in real-time
• Calm under pressure and able to handle fast-moving situations
• Highly responsive and able to manage multiple ongoing issues
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets and operational systems
• Demonstrated ability to commit and perform consistently in previous roles

Working Conditions

• 5.5-day work week
• Rest day typically Tuesday
• Weekend operations required
• Fast-paced environment with frequent last-minute changes

Additional Information

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
• No work pass sponsorship available
• Salary: $3,300 – $3,800 (depending on experience)

Media Planning and Campaign Management

Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies aligned with organisational priorities, campaign objectives, and audience segmentation frameworks.

Plan, launch, and manage multi‑channel paid media campaigns across:

• Paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels)
• Search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising
• Native and content discovery platforms (e.g. Outbrain, Taboola, and similar networks)

Translate campaign briefs and editorial priorities into structured media plans, including budgets, timelines, and flighting schedules.

Own end‑to‑end, full‑funnel media activation, supporting awareness, consideration, lead generation, and engagement objectives.

Social Media Boosting and Content Amplification

• Lead paid amplification of organisational content, including social media posts and long‑form editorial content such as research highlights, thought leadership pieces, and news articles.
• Design and execute social media boosting strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and qualified traffic.
• Optimise creative formats, placements, and audience targeting to improve content discoverability and performance.

Ad Operations and Platform Management

• Manage day‑to‑day advertising operations, including campaign setup, trafficking, and launch.
• Oversee creative uploads, approval workflows, and compliance checks.
• Validate tracking implementations, including pixels, conversion events, and APIs.
• Enforce naming conventions and campaign documentation standards, including adherence to master UTM taxonomies.
• Monitor budget pacing, perform reconciliations, and support procurement and finance processes related to media spend.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well‑structured accounts across all advertising platforms.

Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, brand guidelines, and data privacy requirements.

Performance Optimisation and Testing

• Monitor media performance on an ongoing basis and conduct systematic optimisation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Plan and execute structured A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Develop experimentation roadmaps and learning agendas to inform long‑term paid media strategies.

Measurement, Tracking, and Reporting

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of campaign tracking using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, conversion APIs, and UTM parameters.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Analyse multi‑channel performance, attribution models, and user journeys to evaluate campaign and content effectiveness.
• Deliver regular performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Governance

• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align paid media execution with organisational messaging and priorities.
• Support campaign planning cycles and participate in cross‑functional reviews and alignment sessions.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners when required.
• Manage media‑related documentation, invoicing, and administrative processes.
  

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communications, Business, Analytics or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 2–4 years of hands-onexperience in performance marketing or digital advertising.

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form content. If you are always on TikTok, understand what makes content go viral, and enjoy shooting and editing engaging visuals, this role is for you.

You will work closely with the social media team to conceptualize, produce, and edit compelling photo and video content that captures attention and drives engagement across our platforms.
