• Develop a strong understanding of Korea HQ groups with sector themes relevant to SEA (e.g., electronics, automotive, energy transition, infrastructure, shipping/logistics, consumer, technology); Build external networks with Korean chambers, trade agencies, law firms, accounting firms and ecosystem partners for opportunities
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and risk frameworks (KYC, AML, sanctions, suitability, credit discipline); Maintain robust pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting; track performance against corridor KPIs
• Work with relevant internal stakeholders including risk, compliance, and operations teams

• Ensure that all Notice of Claims and/or Further and Better Particulars are submitted to the client timely and in accordance with the contract.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Contracts Manager with experience in Contractual Claims defence (Not Just Submitting Payment Claims)
• Experience working for Main Contractors undertaking Design & Build / Turn-Key projects in Singapore.

• Able to work independently and be a good team player as well as being proactive and articulate.
• Possess good people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients
• Willing to be assigned at site in Tuas.
• Knowledge of the PSSCOC and SOP Act

• Good to have experience:

• Experience in Adjudication, Mediation and Arbitration in Singapore

  Knowledge in FIDIC entitlement

  Success in Variation, Extension of Time (EOT), Loss and Expenses Claims under PSSCOC

  Subcontractor claims management

  Disruption and acceleration claims

Job Summary

Acquire, build, and deepen relationships with existing High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients to increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenues while delivering professional advisory and portfolio management services aligned with clients’ investment objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HNWI clients’ profiles, demographics, psychographics, and asset holdings within the Bank and externally to tailor investment strategies effectively
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HNWI clients, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service delivery
• Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability budgets by proactively managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Analyze and address HNWI clients’ investment needs and objectives to deliver service excellence and enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct all sales and service activities in strict compliance with the Bank’s risk management policies and regulatory requirements
• Generate new business by leveraging existing networks and identifying potential clients to meet defined sales targets
• Utilize Microsoft Office and basic PC skills to prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation efficiently
• Apply expert knowledge of banking and investment products to provide informed advisory services that align with client goals

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) are a plus
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within project-based or contract-driven environments
• Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Demonstrated experience in establishing or managing finance functions for large projects
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance practices
• Effective stakeholder engagement and business partnering abilities
