We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance operations across Singapore entities. This leadership role involves managing a team, driving financial excellence, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 6 finance professionals
• Oversee the Accounts Payable function, including coordination with the Malaysia shared service team to ensure timely and accurate supplier invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
• Direct cash flow management, including forecasting and review of foreign exchange hedging requirements
• Take charge of working capital requirements, monitoring bank accounts and loans across all Singapore entities
• Supervise the fixed assets register, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, and disposal processes
• Manage hedging activities for newbuild or conversion projects to mitigate foreign currency risk
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance Finance department efficiency and excellence
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and smooth reporting processes
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects, including issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration
Key Requirements:
• 6–8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting
