Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Trade Finance Operations Officer to join our Operations team. The role involves end-to-end processing of Import & Export Bills and Trade Finance transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will be a key liaison with internal stakeholders and international counterparts, ensuring smooth and efficient trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all Trade Finance transactions (L/C, L/G, collections, invoice financing, bill discounting, forfeiting) accurately according to operational procedures, including system entries and accounting postings
• Prepare and process remittance transactions (MEPS008, MEPS009, etc.) and treasury settlements
• Construct, send, and monitor SWIFT messages for relevant Trade Finance products
• Maintain proper records of all trade transactions and ensure timely filing of supporting documents
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding Trade Finance products and services
• Follow up on pending or outstanding transactions promptly and escalate exceptions to management
• Assist in updating and maintaining the Import & Export Bills Operations Manual
• Prepare daily, monthly, MAS, and ad-hoc reports for Trade Finance transactions
• Handle customer internet banking, loan administration (corporate and personal loans), and safekeeping of original documents and collaterals
• Liaise effectively with Head Office and regional colleagues on operational matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance operations, including handling L/C, L/G, collections, invoice financing, bill discounting, and forfeiting
• Familiarity with global and local clearing systems, such as SWIFT and MEPS+
• Meticulous, responsible, and highly organized
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for liaising with Head Office

Support end-to-end onboarding activities, including employee profile creation and first-day support

Process employee lifecycle changes such as transfers, conversions, and exits

Coordinate and follow up on background reference checks with external and internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems

Support administrative activities related to regulatory frameworks (where applicable)

Administer work pass matters for foreign employees

Manage staff card issuance and access-related processes

Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records

Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support

We are seeking a senior-level Cryptographic Engineer (5+ years experience) with extensive hands-on expertise in cryptographic key management within banking and PCI-regulated payment environments.

This role is responsible for strengthening and modernizing enterprise cryptographic capabilities across on-premises HSMs, Cloud KMS platforms, and AWS CloudHSM environments. The candidate will lead the assessment, design, implementation, and governance of secure cryptographic systems aligned to global regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing secure-by-design key lifecycle management (generation, distribution, rotation, archival, destruction)
• Managing LMK/ZMK hierarchies and payment HSM environments in PCI PIN contexts
• Architecting and implementing hybrid cryptographic solutions across:
  • Cloud KMS (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • AWS CloudHSM (mandatory)
  • On-prem HSM platforms (Thales, Entrust, Utimaco)
• Assessing current KMS/HSM processes and identifying gaps against PCI PIN, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, FIPS 140-3, and ANSI X9.24
• Translating complex cryptographic risks into clear business risk and remediation strategies
• Digitizing lifecycle evidence through tamper-evident/WORM logging, SIEM integration, and defining event taxonomy, alerting, runbooks, and dashboards
• Developing detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key ceremonies, incident response, and disaster recovery
