SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated EAL English Teacher to support students whose primary language is not English. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive environment that fosters language acquisition, academic success, and cultural integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Delivery

1. Design and implement engaging EAL lessons that are differentiated to support students with varying levels of English proficiency.
2. Incorporate both the Cambridge International Curriculum and WIDA (World-class Instructional Design and Assessment) standards into teaching and assessments.
3. Utilise a range of teaching methods and educational technology to support language acquisition, including multimedia, collaborative projects, and individual work.

Assessment and Monitoring

SUMARY

The role will involve designing and delivering a rigorous and engaging Mathematics programme, ensuring students are well-prepared for public examinations, including IGCSE in Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. Additionally, the post holder will provide leadership opportunities by developing the Mathematics curriculum and establishing a department from its inception, ensuring a seamless progression for students transitioning from Junior to Senior School.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will serve as a Form Tutor, providing pastoral care and fostering students' personal growth. They will actively contribute to the school’s extracurricular life by leading activities that enrich the students' educational experience.

As an AI Research Intern you'll push the frontiers of generative and multimodal learning that power our autonomous robots. You will prototype diffusion-based vision models, vision–language architectures (VLAs/VLMs) and automated data-annotation pipelines that turn raw site footage into training gold.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and train diffusion-based generative models for realistic, high-resolution synthetic data.
• Build compact Vision–Language Models (VLMs) to caption, query and retrieve job-site scenes for downstream perception tasks.
• Develop Vision–Language Action Models (VLA) objectives that link textual work-orders with pixel-level segmentation masks.
