We are looking for an Operations Executive to support terminal, marine, and white-label logistics operations involving petroleum products, lube oils, and packaged goods. This role sits at the heart of daily operations and requires strong coordination across terminals, barges, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
You will manage order execution, inventory, documentation, and billing, while supporting 24/7 operational requirements in a fast moving environment with tight lead times and high service expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute customer orders and coordinate deliveries via terminal, barge, truck, and warehouse operations
• Manage daily operational activities for base oil, diesel, LSMGO, lube oil, and white label products
• Coordinate closely with terminal operators, loading masters, barge operators, transporters, and warehouse teams
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation
• Handle operational documentation and billing, including storage charges, handling charges, and related cost items
• Prepare and verify shipping, delivery, and commercial documents & other adhoc duties
• Apply and manage export and import permits in compliance with Singapore regulations
• Support urgent and short lead-time customer requests, including after-hours coordination when required
• Act as a key contact point for customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and schedules
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and ensure master data is set up correctly for new products or customers

• Commercial awareness – understands contracts, storage charges, and cost recovery
• System-savvy – working knowledge of SAP (SD/MM) or similar ERP systems
• Communication skills – able to liaise clearly with customers, vendors, terminal staff, and internal teams
• Problem-solving mindset – able to troubleshoot operational issues calmly in time-sensitive situations

Essential Criteria
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of operational experience in terminal operations, marine logistics, petroleum, chemicals, or manufacturing supply chains
• Prior exposure to terminal, vessel, or tank storage operations is highly advantageous
