Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Receptionist duties to attend to public and client servicing calls • Provide administrative support to Financial Adviser business especially life insurance from new business to servicing
• Take care of data entry of Company’s CRM system, maintenance of CRM data and preparation of reports for the purpose of commission payment • Ensure proper storage of data, both hard and soft copies, of FA operations
• Assist Admin Executive in the daily submission of new business to product providers
• Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum O level qualifications
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel • Must be meticulous and have eye for details in documentation
