As a Senior Technical executive , you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Ensure properties comply with relevant standards and implement necessary remedial actions.

• Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with property management teams, tenants, and other stakeholders to address technical issues, provide updates on maintenance projects, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance activities, contracts, service agreements, and technical documentation. Prepare reports on building performance, maintenance activities, and expense tracking.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field with 3 years experience.
• Proven experience in property management or technical maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

Core Team Member Functions:

• Part of the FMC Core Team deployed on or off-site for property management.

Primary Duties:

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Building or Facilities disciplines from a recognized establishment.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience (with M&E and/or civil/building background preferred).
• Alternative Qualification: ITE/NTC facility management or technical disciplines or market equivalent in facility management works with minimum of 8 years of experience.

• Monitor & manage Site Fault calls.
• Attend Site Survey request for Quotations.
• Prepare preliminary Project Requirements, Quotations, Project Schedules & Safety Documents – Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures & Method of Statement.
• Coordinate Works & Schedules with Sub-contractors & Suppliers.
• Coordinate projects between Consultants, Main Con, Managing Agent & End User.
