· Liaise with the Reporting Superior / Project Managers on project costing, variation works, and final accounts with consultants.
· Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.
· Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.
· Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.
· Cost control and maintained proper documentation
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Min candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
· Strong communication and market pricing.
· Able to work independently and in a team environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
