Requirements :

1) Reservation Management

2) OTA & Online Channel Management

4) Front Office Operational Support

8) Weekly and Monthly Reporting

9) Cross Department Coordination

We are a growing Employment Agency (Exclusive IT Professional Hiring) in Singapore seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or transition into an administrative career. No prior experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and office-related enquiries.
• Provide administrative support for work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
• Prepare and issue employee letters, payslips, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Perform general office administration duties, including document management, filing, photocopying, scanning, and correspondence handling.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate office maintenance requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Liaise with candidates, employers, and relevant authorities regarding administrative requirements for work pass processing.
• Schedule meetings and support day-to-day office coordination activities.
• Support management with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and company information.
• Perform other office administration duties as assigned.

• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,200 + OT + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Respond to emails and manage general communication.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities.
• Perform additional tasks assigned when necessary.
• Provide updates and report to the Assistant Manager.
