Job Summary

Lead Executive Lounge operations to deliver exceptional VIP guest experiences while managing manpower, coaching teams, and driving revenue through upselling and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Executive Lounge operations to ensure seamless VIP guest experiences
• Plan and oversee daily manpower scheduling and roster management to optimize team efficiency
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and check-ins, engaging guests to enhance satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits
• Address guest feedback promptly and implement service recovery to uphold service quality
• Drive revenue growth by supporting upselling initiatives within the lounge
• Enforce compliance with established service standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain visible management presence and provide coaching to develop team members’ skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality
• Diploma or Degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Opera system to support operational tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and engage with guests and team

• Collaborate with the Operations Managers to maintain the efficient running of the Front Office Management and uphold brand standards.
• Handling the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk, contributing to a flawless guest experience
• Coach and guide team members to ensure high level of guest satisfaction
• Work closely with other business units to fulfill and meet guest expectations
• Demonstrate commitment to guest safety and satisfaction by playing a key role in our emergency response procedures, ensuring the wellbeing of our guests and colleagues

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in 5-star hotel
• Possess excellent communications, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform independently and as well as a good team player
• Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
