Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to manage and support the HR and Corporate Services application landscape. The role involves stakeholder engagement, business analysis, operational support, vendor management, and governance activities to ensure application stability and successful delivery of enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for HR and Corporate Services applications, ensuring system availability and service continuity.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct impact assessments, and support project and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate application vendors, AMS providers, and delivery partners to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

• KYC Lifecycle Management: Handle, evaluate, and oversee client onboarding and routine file updates by verifying all required KYC data and paperwork.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to gather necessary Customer Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, and tax documentation, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance benchmarks.

Summary:

You will be part of the finance team based in Singapore and report to Associate Finance Director. As a Finance Analyst, you will contribute to the monthly reporting under US GAAP and local statutory reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with KL Shared Service Centre for month end closing activities and prepare monthly reporting package
• Engage KL Shared Service Centre to manage payment process, travel and expenses to ensure queries raised by internal customers and vendors are resolved in timely basis
• Support in liaising with statutory auditors, tax agents and other external parties. Prepare draft financial statements and support ad-hoc financial review with regional team
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Responsible for quarterly compliance reporting
• Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation preparation and analysis
• Support FP&A team on monthly forecast, actual vs budget review and ad-hoc request from regional team
• Support internal process improvement project and new system implementation
• Other administrative activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 3 years working experience
• Advanced Excel skills, PeopleSoft experience would be an advantage
• Strong accounting and reporting knowledge, preferable with project accounting knowledge
• Time management and deadline/outcome focused
• Customer driven, an excellent communicator and a team player
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-tasking
