1. AUTHORITY

· In charge of the operational procurement process for ship’s requirements.

2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY / TASK DESCRIPTION

▪ Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules

▪ Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of

items on board

▪ Monitor schedules of the assigned group of vessels to optimize deliveries on board

▪ Proactively participate in department meetings and other activities

▪ Assist the Technical Team with follow-up on Service POs, Agency POs and Class POs, including tracking invoices and update reports.

3. EXECUTION

▪ Processing ship’s requisitions via the defined in Company Procurement procedures

▪ Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

▪ Create and send purchase orders after approval

▪ Prepare items for shipment, arrange for transportation of product and coordinate shipments of supplies to ships

▪ Update good receipt for each order

▪ Processing of invoices belonging to the orders she/he has created and/or are related to her/his group of vessels

▪ Liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and vessels

▪ Other tasks as delegated by the Procurement Manager & Procurement Team Lead&  Technical Fleet Manager

▪ Interacts with ships to identify and meet requirements / problem resolution and to accommodate short lead-time orders

▪ Request and process vessel feedback on quality and timing of deliveries of goods and services

▪ Provide information to the Procurement Manager on various monthly / weekly reports as

relevant

▪ Coordinate with appointed freight forwarder and monitor stock list at regular intervals

▪ Ensure that Procurement policies and standard procedures are adhered to at all times

4. REPORTING LINE (FUNCTION REPORTS TO)

· The Procurement Executive reports to the Procurement Manager, Procurement Team Lead & Technical Fleet Manager

5. Requirements:

· Degree, Diploma or equivalent education with at least 2 years experience in Maritime industry

· Mature, meticulous, proactive, resourceful & hands-on

· Strong communication & negotiation skill - Good spoken English required

· Ability to prioritize workload & meet deadlines

· Good IT skill - Procurment operating system skill

· Good team player and able to work well under pressure in a fas-paced environment

The incumbent will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of excellence and safety within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and Quality management systems, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain high standards and minimise risks.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Serve as the registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and its subsidiary regulations.
• Fulfill the role of appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM) under the Fire Safety Act and related regulations.

• Ensure that all Lines of Business comply with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations as well as fire safety statutory requirements.

• Implement, monitor, and facilitate continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems pursuant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and audits, ensuring effective execution of control measures.
• Lead and support investigations into incidents and accidents, including root cause analysis and subsequent corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety management programmes, encompassing fire risk assessments, fire drills, and emergency response plans (ERP).
• Liaise with relevant authorities such as MOM, SCDF, and NEA regarding WSH and fire safety matters, including inspections, audits, and reporting.
• Plan, organise, and conduct monthly Workplace Safety and Health Committee meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
• Escalate safety concerns, non-compliances, and issues to management promptly, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are undertaken.
• Advocate for safety awareness and contribute to building a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related), Health and Safety, Ergonomics, or equivalent.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
• A minimum of three years of relevant EHS/WSH experience is required, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in aviation MRO, aerospace, or other high-risk industries.
• Strong understanding of Singapore WSH regulations and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management systems.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Executive, CRM, this role is to support and enhance our Customer Relationship Management efforts across multiple automotive brands. This role is responsible for managing NPS performance, customer feedback processes, ownership benefits programs, CRM activities, and data quality—ensuring a seamless and customer‑focused experience throughout the sales and aftersales journey.

CRM & Customer Experience

·       Support planning and execution of CRM initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

·       Manage Customer Feedback Management (CFM) processes: acknowledge cases promptly, coordinate follow-up with stakeholders, and ensure timely case closure.

·       Handle customer complaints, low survey scores, and escalated cases professionally and according to SOP.

NPS & Mystery Shopping

·       Lead and manage BYD and DENZA NPS performance for VAL and dealer partners, ensuring targets are met monthly.

·       Identify service gaps, implement improvement actions, and conduct regular showroom and service‑centre checks.

Ownership Benefits Program

·       Administer and lead ownership benefits programs, ensuring timely submission of signups to partners (CPO, Pan Pac).

CRM Activity Management

·       Execute CRM activities for multiple brands (DENZA, Peugeot, Ford, BYD, Quicklane) in alignment with Vantage Automotive and brand CI requirements across sales and aftersales.

·       Serve as the guardian of the CRM Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity and generating business intelligence.

Customer Communication

·       Manage BYD, DENZA, and VAL customer email channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.

·       Disseminate feedback and correspondence to relevant internal stakeholders and principals.

Data & Analytics

·       Maintain customer database accuracy, ensuring compliance with PDPA.

·       Create weekly and monthly reports to analyze service levels, NPS performance, customer feedback trends, and business funnel performance.

Process & Systems

·       Work closely with Business Process Owners to optimize workflows, technology, and customer‑centric processes.

·       Review and improve customer-related processes using CRM and IT tools.

General Support

·       Support marketing administration, customer service initiatives, and events.

·       Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.
