Job Summary:

The Property Executive will be responsible for tenancy coordination, property inspections, and event site supervision to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and maintenance of high standards across all managed premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenancy Management

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure tenanted areas are well maintained.
• Process tenancy applications, fit-out submissions, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise renovation works, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Manage handover and reinstatement processes at the start and end of tenancy periods.

Keeping an eye on sourcing activities

Easing the path for the country team’s procurement activities will be your main concern. You’ll assist in drafting requirements for bidding and conduct various sourcing references―including requests for information, proposals and quotations. You’ll also draw up contracts and find opportunities to drive costs down. You’ll also be expected to always be ready in the face of any pricing issues that may arise. On top of these, you’ll lend support to our solutions department team, so part of your strategic plan should be to get the best pricing that’s in line with their tenders.

Are you adept in monitoring and generating reports, and a technology platform user? In this role, you’ll handle the development, implementation and maintenance of vendor, RFx templates and benchmark reports.  You’ll also carry out scheduled audits to ensure that both contract and insurance requirements are met. Project Overview (NSC N111Project)
The North-South Corridor (NSC) N111 project is a major infrastructure development comprising approximately 2.76 km of dual 3-lane carriage way, including 1.28 km of tunnel works and 1.13 km of viaduct structures.

This project offers a unique opportunity to gain integrated experience across both tunnelling and elevated viaduct construction under Singapore LTA standards.

Following a recent extension of time, the project is expected to be completed by end-2029, providing candidates with a minimum of 3 years of stable project exposure.
