Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (Hybrid arrangement)
Job Description
• Liaise with 3PL partners on logistics arrangements for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Issue sales orders and billing for Singapore consignment business
• Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation for consignment inventory
• Monitor and process inventory-related transactions in ERP system
• Process and follow up on customer purchase orders across APAC regions
• Prepare billing invoices and credit notes, verify pricing and highlight discrepancies
• Follow up with finance on payment completion
• Maintain shipping records and provide shipment tracking updates to customers
• Ensure all shipping documentation and approvals are in order prior to shipment
• Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders (inventory, weekly sales, etc.)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or Operations Management
