Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Support the upkeep of programme support tools
- Provide coordination support for webinars and engagement activities, such as managing logistics, preparing materials, and handling post-event follow-ups.
- Refresh and maintain FAQs and reference materials based on engagement outcomes.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate training schedules and venue arrangements.
- Track progress updates and maintain reporting templates.
- Other admin or ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in any related course of studies
- Can start immediately or on short notice
- Proficient with MS office, Excel (including advance skills such as vlookup)
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
