Responsibilities:
-To provide customer service professionally;
-To address the walk-in applicants’ queries and explain the loan process and procedures on the phone;
-To assist clients with their loan applications;
-To explain the loan contract terms and conditions in detail to clients;
-To perform general administrative and clerical duties;
-To maintain and update clients’ records;
-To handle clients’ complaints and take appropriate action to solve them.
Requirements:
-Minimum Degree and above
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
-Working Hours: 11.00AM-7.00PM (Monday to Saturday)
-Candidates must be willing to work on some weekends and public holidays
