4. Continuous Improvement

• Drive initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product consistency.
• Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams on new product development and validation.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and mentor the QA/QC team.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Coordinate cross-department communication to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality control or assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA methodologies, and SPC tools.
• Experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, and CAPA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of construction works from start to completion.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure works meet project schedules and specifications.

• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance and constructability.

• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety performance, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Assist in project reporting, cost monitoring, and variation tracking.

• Conduct site inspections and help resolve technical and site-related issues.

• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and coordination discussions.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of BCA regulations, safety requirements, and construction practices.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
